I am a para and i am supposed to go back oct 26th, and my ADA was denied so i dont know what to do right now and i dont think alot of people in our district feel comfortable coming back

Our district gave us all whiplash a few weeks ago when they decided (after four and a half hours) to postpone a return to hybrid in-person learning. Then they announced THREE DAYS LATER that they were having a called meeting the next week to evaluate. They ended up returning PreK-3 back four days a week and hybrid for fourth and up.
