I don’t think you have to go clubbing etc if you don’t want to. Being in a place where you don’t want to be doesn’t benefit either you or them.
Why would they give credit to something another junior said? Anyways I would try to go out occasionally, if you don’t drink that’s fine
She sounds a bit like someone who prides themselves on being ‘one of the boys’… ugh. it seems like you do participate in team things so if I were you I wouldn’t force myself to go clubbing specifically. If it’s really so important to them more than conform maybe worth questioning whether to stay in a place with this kind of culture in the long term
Not everyone likes clubbing. I would ask for specific examples of how you haven’t integrated with the team instead of this vague statement that’s leading you to draw your own conclusions. If it really is about not going clubbing, their culture might not be a good fit for you. I wouldn’t go out to be around drunk people until 2am while being sober, that sounds horrible.
Thank you for the advice, I will see if I can get anything more specific to figure out what the issue is (if there is such a one).

I’m kind of shocked to hear this! How can they hold you NOT going clubbing against you?
Not too sure, maybe just the industry or just the voice of one frustrated junior, I have not much more idea
