Good morning! Is anyone in a Risk Management Role currently?

Consultants - you don’t really have a specific wheelhouse of expertise and I need some prospecting advice. Does anyone have resources or direct suggestions for bonus goals/metrics for the legal department? I crafted a mix of goals related to contract turn-around time being under a standard time, being within approved budget, and some other measurable spend related goals and was told by executive team the goals need to be more “quantifiable” (which is a stupid criticism since these are all quantifiable/objectively measurable). I recently moved to Chicago from DC and prior to that, I lived in Maryland. I have to say, the state of Illinois has to be the most incompetently ran state. The roads, parks, and amenities are all terrible. The politics are even worse. Say what you want about Maryland, at least we had a governor that stood up to the legislature and listened to the people
