It’s my first year currently working in a hospital I’m a patient care technician but I’m really trying to work in the mental health side of of the hospital and any advice would be greatly appreciated

I am happy finally today. I had my first therapist appointment and I was nervous to attend and turned out really well with interactive dialogues. I am not weirdo but sometimes I feel inferior that my communication sucks given english is my second english but therapist assured its not a issue at all to worry about

Dyslexia! After having our kindergartener son tested (privately) related to ADHD, we were told he may have dyslexia too (which would explain why he struggles so much with phonics but is amazing at sight words). He has a very high IQ. As a voracious reader, I am finding myself unexpectedly distraught that something that I have loved so much will be such a struggle for him, and worrying that it will affect his motivation and may steer him away from things he may otherwise love.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
