Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

I’ve used the pandemic as an opportunity to land a permanently remote job in a city I don’t live in and never will. I don’t know Nashville or any agencies there, but if you’re struggling to find something I’d suggest applying for smaller agencies around the country that might be more flexible and hire the right candidate to work permanently remote
I’m definitely pursuing this too! Just need to figure out how much money I should be making to live in the Nashville market.
Unfortunately Nashville’s Cost if Living has exploded over the past five years. Just five years ago, you used to be able to buy a 2500 sq ft 4bed 2.5 bath for $200k. That same house will cost up to $500k depending on the neighborhood. Nicer areas can be up to $700k. Salaries haven’t kept up with increase. Sr CW might get 70-80k if they are lucky. Agencies in Nashville are very small on average. Plus you need a car. No real public transport. Now if you want to get ahead financially, a 30 minute (non traffic) commute East will put you in towns that are super affordable. Of course this depends on where you are coming from, but coming from a major city you won’t have sticker shock but most people think it’s way cheaper than it really is. Also infrastructure hasn’t kept up with growth. Traffic is horrendous considering how small of a city it is.
Thank you!! This is extremely helpful.

I second this. I moved to Nashville 2.5 years ago and just left. I bought two rental properties there and each one has appreciated by more than 30% in less than 2 years. Salaries are low in general unless you get a job with the big companies there (Amazon, Asurion, Bridgestone etc.).
