How much would you pay/tip someone to water your houseplants for a month? Thinking of hitting the road and working from my campervan, but I currently own too many plants (that I love) in my apartment that needs to be watered. The person is a neighbor who doubles up as a super for the building. We’re friendly but not quite friends. There are ~20 pots total

What is the salary of Salesforce employee in Apisero

Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture. I took this decision because the terms are not good with my current manager. I am currently drawing 15.5 LPA including variable pay. TCS offering 20 LPA. Is there any retention policy available? If yes how much hike I can expect?

I know that you can negotiate a signing bonus to make up for bonuses or stock options you're leaving on the table by leaving a company, but can you negotiate a signing bonus for un-vested options in a privately held company? If so, how do you know what to ask for? I have about 2000 shares vesting in late October but the company mentioned a start date in early September. The strike price is like $5 and the current valuation for the 2k shares is like $40k. Company is probably 3+ yrs from IPO.

After weeks of no contact Goldman Sachs have finally come back to me with an offer of £75k for an associate role within Global markets ops (collateral management) in London. I initially gave them salary expectation of £80-85k and have 2 competing offers around £80k range. I’ve tried to negotiate and tried to ask for higher but they won’t budge or match my other offers. They’re saying the pay is in line with the peer group and my experience (7.5 years). Am I being lowballed? Goldman Sachs

106 temp in town today. Then AC dies around 4pm… so dinner became homemade 🇵🇭 halo halo since I was in the middle of making ube halaya (jam) and sweetened saba bananas when the AC died.

Layers include homemade ube halaya, sweetened saba bananas and jackfruit, jarred nata de coco (coconut jelly), and canned sweet corn. Topped with shaved ice, evaporated milk and mango ice cream.

I am finding the Instagram foodie culture strange and annoying. I’m getting a flood of likes and followers daily because they want you to like all their posts and follow them to up their count. There’s an unspoken etiquette where you are obligated to do the same thing. So I do it. I just want to cook, take pics of my food, and write about it to have a collection of what I make in one place. Sheesh! Rant over! 😁
