It’s parenting time dispute SZN. Anyone else starting to deal with holiday custody/parenting time disputes?

My son wants to study the same as me, he is only 12 years old, but he has an immense love for biology. In spite of how flattered I feel I can't stop thinking how difficult it is to find a stable job in this profession, is it time to talk about it, or do I wait for a little longer?

I take care of my adult autistic brother. He tends to interrupt my meetings 2 or 3 times a week. My boss scheduled a 1:1 for next week, with a note that the purpose of the meeting is to talk about 'maintaining a proper work environment'. He's kind of an ass and I just know this meeting is about my brother. Is he right to be pissed, or should I take the defensive position here?

I am driving both me and my husband crazy. We both work from home in a 4 bedroom home pretty decent size. My husband wants to do daycare and id prefer a nanny. How many billable hours do you aim for per month? Thinking of lateraling to a firm with no official hours target and wondering what I should be aiming for - is 170/mo (2000 per year) acceptable? Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. This is a contract opportunity through a non profit so I'm assuming a 1099 will be issued. The per hour rate is significantly less than my billable rate. What’s something your clients wish they would have known before filing for divorce?

Is anyone here familiar with RSUs and stock options as part of divorce? My arbitrator was not and she asked us to hire an expert to get a valuation. She’s convinced I cannot take my portion in kind if we could not settle on the value and I don’t want to be forced to sell my half to Husband at whatever valuation expert provides today (RSUs and stock options are under Husband’s name). If they low ball I rather take the risk and take them in kind. Any advice would be helpful.
