After starting smoking in college (12 years ago) due to some major traumatic situations that lasted years, I then switched to Juul 6 years ago.

I now have wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest pain when I do cardio at the gym, and can barely jog anymore.

Not ready to die yet, so please help me quit. I'm ready to quit for good this time.

So I’m 4 weeks going on 5 weeks pregnant and Monday I had “cramps” which really felt like gas in my lower abdomen. Went to the restroom and saw spotting of red blood. PSA: Two years ago I had a nervous break down on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. An intense deal I was leading closed and I felt relief but I couldn't stop crying.
