Here’s some unsolicited advice for junior account folks: turning on your camera with your team and ESPECIALLY upper level management is a good thing, and still counts as “face time”. We’ve noticed that the more senior a call, the more faces we see. Be a leader, show up, and turn your camera on.

Discrimination question. I’ve been passed for several job opportunities in the last 4 years. Every single time the job is given to a male who’s older than me, despite my qualifications being more in line with the job. Is it worth it to make a discrimination claim? I already know HR won’t help me but should I contact an attorney?
