Been working for BL in Canada since my very 1st job as jnr paralegal where I started at 38k/y. Worked my way up the ladder from 38k to 41k to 43k to 60k to 65k to 72k to 88k to 91k which is the sal. I make cur. after 6 1/2 y.

Re the off. I accptd, I asked for 125k + bon. They offered me 110k and not less than 115,5k as at Jan. 1, 23. I neg. for 112,5k and not less than 120k as at Jan. 1. 23.

Has someone ever questioned your decision to join the military? I always argue about it with my father. What is confirmatory diligence? How is it different than operational diligence?

Please help 🙏 Has anyone done human/employee due diligence before? I’m thinking I’m going to approaching it where I do a mix of 1:1 and workshop style “interviews” to assess the quality and skills of people coming from a company to be acquired. How does one does this in practice? What types of questions should I be asking given I don’t have domain expertise in all these areas, and what does an final output/deliverable look like?
