Folks , I’m considering kicking off the job application process again. I feel like I can’t reach my potential as a PM at a consulting firm. For one, we have no access to user data, usually our users are clients, and we rarely get to interface with them. As a result, I don’t have any experience in A/B testing, or proper user experience research. Is this an extremely important skill? Should I look to jump sooner than later ? If you are still holding GME what is your gameplan. I am down 50% and still hoping for one dead cat bounce. I was able to sale on this Friday some of my stocks I bought around 80. Now have remaining left at 120 average. Just waiting now for bounce to 100. GME turned out to be vary expensive lesson about why not to chase momentum plays when you don't have time to watch it whole day.

Going back and forth on selling my current home. I received a pre-approval for a single family primary residence for $400k with $100k for down payment and closing. My mortgage would be around $2500 a month with a conventional loan. The $100k will come from my house currently being sold. I can afford the payment just need to know is the monthly mortgage payment typical for a home in today’s market.

What banks will do a HELOC on an investment property? It’s fully paid (no mortgage) and worth $600K. I’ve heard small, community based banks are the only ones that will do it.

Questions: when we sell stocks, ETF or crypto within an app (like Robinhood Blockfi Coinbase etc), when do we need to manually withhold tax for that amount and how do we decide? When we trade between two cryptos for example, is there any gain realized to be reported? (How would I know this?) Never thought this was actually possible, but wife and I just hit $2m household net worth! We both are ex consultants now in tech few months before we turn 30. While we certainly worked hard, this has also made me realize the immense privilege and luck that is involved in hitting these crazy milestones. We cleared 500k HHI last year and are on track for 600k HHI this year. We're 95% invested (stocks + RE) so hoping for continued snowballing. Thanks for the amazing community here! 💖
