What I said in another thread: it depends. Young, single, and healthy? Probably a low premium, high deductible plan with catastrophic coverage. Married with kids? You’re most likely in PPO or EPO territory. But to summarize is to lie, and your individual circumstances might put you in a different slot
I agree on PPO. What do you guys think on EPO?

Open a spreadsheet - estimate your doctors visits and prescriptions. Find out which plan your doctor and nearby hospital take. Make decision
FYI- even if you’re young,single and all that (which I am) I had to have a simple biopsy procedure this year and they charged 15k!! I ended up paying 3k this year out of pocket and I’m super healthy and in shape. So the extra $30/month to do ppo is very worth it to me this year. Just sayin!
