I moved cities and my company is giving me 12% decrease in my salary. My current salary is within my new cities range, and I am definitely not paid market rate to begin with…also for context I have always been a high performer, have many relevant certifications, and am involved with initiatives outside my billable work

I’m not interested in accepting a decrease this large. What happens if you don’t accept it? Do you see if they come back with something more reasonable or will they fire you?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I’m trying to gauge salary expectations as a workers comp supervisor/manager. I have 7 years experience, all in California workers comp, and the last 2 years have been as a supervisor/manager. I have 3 designations and experience with difficult, technical files.

What is SM base salary range? Seen salaries from £95k-£125k (+ 6.5k car allowance) but assume top range must be higher than that?

I’ve been trying to figure out dosage and medication over the past month and wanted some insight from people who may have more experience with diff doses. I started with 5mg Adderall for 2 weeks but it stopped being effective around the 4-5th day. I switched to 10 mg for a week and it was good but a bit up and down, so switched to Vyvanse 30 mg for a week, which was too strong. I’m now on 15 mg Adderall, but it feels like I can’t concentrate and I’m scattered. Question in comments:

I am an associate at a small firm and was licensed last fall. I clerked at this firm through law school, so I knew most of the partners before starting as an attorney full time, except some of the new ones we have acquired since. I'm currently the Staffing Specialist at my company. I've only been in the field and in my position for 9 months and plan to take the SHRM-CP test in the fall. While I feel confident in what I do, I don't feel so confident in my overall knowledge of HR.
