Yes, it’s normal to feel torn about leaving and nervous about the unknown. Sounds like it’s a great opportunity and you should go for it! Worst case scenario, if you don’t like it you can always leave for another job - you’re not stuck there forever.
Don’t just change jobs for the sake of getting outside of your comfort zone. If you feel as if your current job, one you know is making you happy, is what will be best for you in the long term between these two there’s nothing wrong with staying there. BUT if this job offer really does feel like a step in a positive direction, professionally, and just in general, don’t let the idea of discomfort (which will be momentary) hold you back!
