I’m looking for some additional tips and/or specific things to focus on in preparation for the multi-round interview process for a role at Amazon Web Services in what I assume is for one of the cloud services team. From what I’ve gathered, is the interviews are largely based on the leadership principles. However, how do I know which would be asked? which would be more related to the role/or team I’d be on? What other types of questions to prepare for leading to the 1-on-1 with the hiring manager
Tell me about the culture at X company? What do you think is the best feature of your product/service? I wouldn't focus on being interesting, so much as asking questions you think will provide useful information to you about the company.
This is SUCH a good question. I never think to ask this but the culture is so so important.
I think questions about the company culture, questions about turnover, and questions about onboarding are most important. Don't feel bad if you're asking "basic" questions, as long as you need/want to know the answer it's a worthwhile question to ask.
It doesn't really matter if you ask basic questions. But asking about the company culture would be great. Just ask anythinh that you want to know.
