I've an interview scheduled for SFDC BA at Deloitte India. I'm practically a fresher with 5 months of SFDC Dev exp. I want to work as BA so I've applied here. Any tips as how can I convince the interviewer well, what does people at Deloitte India look for in general and what package can I ask for? Am I aiming too high? I was an sr. account executive/broker in the financial field for the past 15 years. I focused on both retail and B2B for clients. We also sold our trading platform to clients (saas) as well. I’ve been applying to enterprise account exec. positions at software companies and getting interviews. A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?
