I've an offer from a company (Big 4), and serving notice period in current company (Again Big 4). In the meanwhile if I apply to other companies, is it a good thing to tell them that I've a offer in hand? So that they can expedite the process and may incline more to provide an offer thinking that I already have one (so one company thinks that good for this money) or is that negative? That company will think why am I looking out even with an offer in hand.

For those who came to work in product from unrelated fields - what made the most difference in landing your current role? Did you take courses or get certs, do work to help build your resume, network etc?

How are hours for internal audit at google. Also want to break into google from big 4 can I do it after 2 years?

Happy Monday! I cleared multiple rounds for a PM role and am currently in the team match phase. My recruiter left on maternity leave and handed over to another recruiter. The new recruiter is refusing to get on a call with me stating very frivolous reasons such as they could not read my email request as it went to spam etc. Its been over two weeks and they haven’t contacted me since. I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.
