I'm worried that being a BA my career would get stagnant after a point and I won't be able to cross 25-30 lpa. Would it be better for me to switch to the product manager role? Also what other avenues shall I explore?

Need a suggestion badly for my friend. He absconded from X company after working 1 month but his UAN number was created by that time. Now after some break , when he got offer from Y company , they found this details from UAN verification while BGC and asking for clarification.
