Going to Snapchat was the best move I ever made. They REALLY prioritize their employees, and the benefits are absolutely incredible.

I hear a lot about toxic EA cultures at *certain* other companies and Snap just does not do that. (Be warned: it's a FAST pace.)

I had hernia surgery recently. Doc suggested that I should wear a jock strap for a few weeks. Haven't worn one since high school. O M G, I can't believe I've been missing out on all this support. This is 100% everyday now. And ladies, I 1000% support that a sports bra is a shirt and please go about the world using as much or as little support as you choose. 732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!
