I’ve been applying to jobs for the last 3+ months with no luck at all. Anyone have any insight on who is hiring?

I have 8 years of Customer Service/Customer Success experience, 1 year in personal injury law (legal assistant/paralegal), & 1 year in tech sales.

I graduated last December & took a job with Dell. I was then laid off in September. Interested in any positions that are not 8 hours of phone work. Any insight/tips very much appreciated 😊

So general question I need to “translate” business speak into plain English. I have had 2 bosses now say they want me to ask more questions. I tend to be solution and Collaboration oriented and like to jump in. My problem is asking questions is hard because I have adhd and I’m trying to concentrate my focus on getting the information I need out of the conversation. So I’ve been in the SM game for about 2.5 years now and at my new gig it’s a huge workload. Any time I forget a small thing like a typo or wait till the next day to send an email because I was busy with last minute requests, I get called by my boss and the issue gets blown up. My last workplace was pretty toxic but it was my first corporate like job so idk what to do. Should I stick it out for a year at this company? Or will it look bad on my resume if I leave sooner?

Hoping for some advice re: job interviews. How can I respond to questions around measurable impacts of my marketing work on revenue? In previous roles because of lack of resources / attribution system we could only measure things like leads, attendance rate, click rate etc. not the actual final impact on B2B revenue generated. Very good feedback always from management & I believe I did a great job, but feeling I couldn’t point out to real final outcomes. Afraid this will hurt my chances.

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. Just started a new job two weeks and I’m pretty sure I’ve accidentally pissed off a VP. Basically it was a miscommunication on who was doing what after a meeting we had. My boss (also a VP), myself, and two others felt we would do it one way - with me being the main contributor, and apparently the other VP took it differently and had her team doing the same task. SOS. How do I know if I’m being paid fairly? I feel as though I’ve grown out out the “coordinator” role, but my company insists that I “prove myself” and add more responsibilities to my plate to show I am capable before I am promoted. But I feel like I already am doing more than a coordinator title, and my job title is just wrong. Is that fair?
