I’ve been at my current gig for 10+ years and feel that I need to make a move to continue to grow in tech. So in considering current company benefits of 10% 403b, emeritus health acct, BCBS ppo, work/life balance AND the need for a raise, how would you calculate TC to make a move worth it?
