Totally, if I actually start focusing, I tune out the whole world and can stay in the same spot for hours, uninterrupted. It only works for me if I’m struggling to get into a groove and working on more task-oriented things.I also find that being in the office when I’m struggling to focus helps a lot.

How do you communicate new labor laws? Some benefit employees (like longer maternity leave, flexible work, etc). Others might be a bit more delicate for example all Employment contracts must now be limited.

How, who should communicate this changes? Should this be orally communicated or just by email? We have 11 employees affected by this new law.

I am planning to make changes in our intern too. Anything else I should consider or take in account?
