Cutting dairy did help my acne tremendously, even though my derm said diet “doesn’t affect your skin” mmmmk. Well it does mine! Kale has more calcium than milk. Eat your greens and you’ll be fine!
I have a dairy allergy and I have no issues with being calcium deficient. I take a multivitamin everyday. I started getting hormonal acne breakouts after I turned 23. So I would check with a derm before you go cutting things out unnecessarily.
For topicals I’m prescribed Arazlo (tazarotene lotion .045%) that I use at night and in the morning Clindamycin (I think that one is an antibacterial but I may have misunderstood). She did also put me on spironolactone (I know you said it didn’t work for you). But she said for some people just medicine or topicals doesn’t work and they need a combo. I just started this regimen a little over a week ago. So it’ll be a while before I see the full results. I will say as far as over the counter the CeraVe Acne Foaming Cleanser had starting helping with my acne before I had a chance to see the derm.
Diet and acne is a myth. Go check out Barefaced skincare by Jordan Harper. Her products are THE best and they work. She talks consistency in skincare routine and it has changed my skin
I joined Nagarro 1.5 months back and yet haven't received some goodies like T-shirt etc. Have anyone else faced such delay post joining? Whom to reach out to in such situations?

I doubt it’s your diet, more hormonal. Try talking to a dermatologist. Accutane and ampicillin worked wonders for me

Same with me. Dairy seems to be the main trigger for me, and I just eat more leafy greens for the calcium (plus other minerals).

Not a myth. It’s a widely reported effect and an active hypothesis under clinical research study. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6115795/
