Who is giving you this massive amounts of work? My first thought is that this is a manager who has some poor planning.
It is coming from the CD, I’m an AD, and the account team is telling the client (AFTER 5) that the creative can deliver the next morning. I’m running on empty and no one seems to care
Offer trade offs. “This is what I am working on, with this deadline, impact, and priority. Which should I prioritize?”
I really do not miss working for account teams that over promise and managers with no backbone.
My fiancé that I live with is a helathcare provider and needs my help with day to day things he simply can’t do right now because he is SLAMMED. I am up all night finishing work (that seriously is NOT urgent, or honestly necessary) constantly. I am seriously thinking about quitting my job if this continues. I’m so stressed and not sleeping or eating. It’s like no one at work cares about my mental health...

What’s SA2 said. Set boundaries, as whoever is assigning the work doesn’t have responsibilities or that’s their free time so figures everyone is free too.

If you're an account person tell your client no. If you're anything else, tell your account person no. Set your own boundaries or you'll keep getting fucked.

“Unfortunately, don’t have bandwidth for this now, I free back up around XX tomorrow (or whenever). Does this work with your timeline?”
Thank you guys so much. I will do that. I am a Art Director and all of this is coming from our creative director... at NIGHT. The Account team keeps telling the client AT 4PM that the creative team can deliver tomorrow at 8. It’s infuriating...
I’d ask if they’re planning to bring in a freelancer if this is expected to continue because it’s not sustainable.
