My pharmacist husband recommended alternating ibuprofen and Tylenol every 3 hours for my vaccine-related side effects. Probably won’t help the queasy stomach though - I’d try tums or ginger ale for that, maybe eating some bland food like toast

I find ibuprofen > tylenol but will be worse for stomach so watch out. Feel better!
