I’ve been helping couples navigate the challenges of infertility for over 20 years now. Recently, I’ve noticed more couples feeling apprehensive to continue treatment because they are worried about potential repercussions if they miscarry during the IVF process. Honestly, I’m not sure how to reassure them because I also feel afraid, but I just want to continue supporting these wonderful couples & families. I would be heartbroken if they ended up suffering more because of their treatments. I’m just feeling so conflicted & sad today after meeting with a couple who decided to postpone treatment.

How are you all staying motivated to keep working out during quarantine. I started off really strong and have just fallen off the wagon with the thoughts of not being normal until the end of the year. Trying to stay motivated and positive, but really struggling.

Looking for some perspective: we just got a brand new $2,000 glass top 78" dining table. I asked my husband to please use a table cloth when he uses that table for d&d with his friends to avoid scratches and the loud dice on the table. He got upset that I "don't let him enjoy our stuff," that I "hate the sound of him having fun," and he says I am being unreasonable. I've always had trouble with things like attention, focusing, and feeling constantly overwhelmed. I started to feel hopeless, feeling burnt out (even worse than my old job). I spend hours diverted when I know I should get work done. I decided to get an evaluation after learning a lot more about ADHD. I was diagnosed as Primarily Inattentive and they are starting me on meds immediately. Will things get better from here? Will, I finally become a productive human being? Should I tell my manager?
