AMS work is definitely where you will learn the most about Workday the quickest. You’ll have the opportunity to work various clients and how they configured WD to their needs. Implementation will likely silo you for one or two specific clients’ requirements and therefore limit what you can learn.
I second Alight over Intercrowd.
With Implementation, you will learn on how to translate the requirements to Workday config.
In AMS you learn to fix and optimize limited features.
You will learn a lot more in Implementation for clients.

Not saying they are always at fault. I understand requirements change / they might not have been told about XYZ and that’s why things happened.
Go Alight!
I’ve had some really good interactions with them so far. What do you like about them? At this point I’m really interested in a group that will support someone who is a little newer with integrations (I already know most the basics) and somewhere that supports continual learning and growth.
Of those two, I would choose Alight

I have been on two implementations thus far. I find that working for a small client this time with fewer employees and fewer consultants had given me a much broader exposure to many different facets of Workday then working for an extremely large corporation where I needed to stay in one lane. Perhaps see if you have the opportunity to work with a smaller sized client

Alight is the biggest partner, outside of the big 4, if my memory serves me correctly.
