If you want to get a better pay make a transition to a higher position by getting promoted. Or you can be an HR Specialist so that you can be assigned with some other projects to keep you out of your office sometimes.
I think it can really vary based on what you're interested in...you could go into a more Ops focused/admin/management role, or leave HR altogether really
Comp and benefits person here. 0 YOE of comp and 7 YOE In benefits. I make 85k base with no degree or Certs.
I’m also the lowest paying HR person in my company. Lol
We actually do have an HRBP position in California open!
