The quality of some of the new hires this time makes me wonder if Deloitte can keep up the Big4 tag 5 years down the line. Poor communication skills, grammatical mistakes in mails and spelling mistakes ffs! This has happened so many times now that my lead has asked me to recheck the drafts before these guys hit send. And I'm not just talking about fresh campus recruits, I see it in case of the lateral hires as well. Sad situation.

Offered job @McDonalds for 90K with a 5K sign on bonus. Currently making 85K. Bonus structure at McDonald’s is 14-30% and a much better WLB.
