Hi all, I am working in capgemini as a fresher and all my joining on boarding got virtually only. Never seen the office at once. Almost 1.7 year got over. Now they are calling me to Bangalore, I have no one and I want initial accommodation for at least 2 weeks other wise it will be very tough for me. They said it is not written in my offer for accomodation so I will not get. But this is unethical if it's not written on offer letter then I won't get. help me to get this accomodation pls Capgemini

Any Clinical Research Coordinator or CRA here ?
Hello, everyone! I am new to fishbowl, the Healthcare field, and fairly new to my company. One of my primary goals, besides finding the highest quality talent to join our team, is to expand my network. If anyone here is willing to send me a LinkedIn connect request I would be very appreciative! It will be a mutual benefit, I assure you.

I also am in the same boat as a CCMA for 2 years, I am looking to move into IT as I become more introvert as I grow older. I also always had good luck with fixing computer issues. I just can’t get into an IT company because all the recruiters see medical as my past history. Companies these days are too linear (7 years experience and a masters degree) in their hiring practices they write off the people that actually have an interest in the field.
It just screws over the people that just started.

👀I feel this…I heard to steer towards HIM/ w/ medical coding & other coding credentials to get that good transition from medical anything IT…..I’m wondering if those expectations from the IT companies is why people tell me those jobs are scarce & get laid off first🤷🏻♀️
Still interested in being less stressed out & overworked & underpaid…..bc of shortage in staff/ resources & Covid changed so much, to name a quick few…or maybe bc I’ve been in psych & medical for about 20 years now….holy schnitzel
I feel you. Currently going back school for my bachelors in management (broad enough) AND changing careers. It’s taking a hit financially, but I’m hoping it will improve my mental health. Also started therapy (again). Healthcare isn’t about “health” anything, anymore. It’s about money, it’s about power. I don’t want that association or that on my conscience any more.
I started in healthcare to help people. Now it’s just a production line of people through the OR. Get em in and get em out…
