I’ve been in this industry a year (experienced hire) and feel like I have made no real friends or connections at work. What can I do to fix this?

With the additional days Marriott added, I’m now 2 away from reaching platinum (my current status). My memory is that early on in the pandemic Marriott extended everyone’s current status until end of 2021. So is there any point in trying to get those 2 nights in this year? Cant imagine that it would count for 2022

Joining Accenture as a lateral MD next month. Any inputs on how to build network and connect with fellow MDs, especially in a remote setup? Are people open to collaborate with “outsiders” at a senior level, or should I expect friction with people protecting their turf and sticking to their own connections? How is the work culture like at MD level? For context, I will join strat and consulting.

How long should I give new medication a chance to work and what should I feel? I was recently diagnosed. Initially, doc wanted to prescribe vyvanse, but we have to jump through hoops to get it, so we did concerta instead.
