I’ve been interviewing with a few places and One of them offer a sign on bonus and two other places ask what are my expectations for a sign on bonus is there a standard Amount for sign on bonuses?

An employer said they will extend an offer in next couple days and they will give me the best offer they can so that there is no more back and forth. Should i still negotiate if the offer is not as expected? Should I accept it if It is what I am looking for? Or should I still see if there is any room for negotiation? I gots what I’m looking for is does employer give best offer or they always leave room for negotiation?

Hi Fishes, I've got offers from BNY Mellon and Siemens and I'm confused about which organization to join.
BNY is offering me 26LPA (they don't have a variable component, instead they have a bonus component that is not fixed) and QA Lead position and Siemens is offering me 29LPA (total CTC is going 32.8LPA including variables) fixed and the position is Senior Test Engineer.
Please suggest which company will be better to join?

Why most of the time companies have so much disparity between Development and Product team. I can say this with utmost certainty Product team will get way less salary than a developer. I have 10 years of experience and my CTC is less then 5 years of Dev in my organisation.
