I'm sorry to hear you were laid off! I work at Crowe, and we call that position Resource Manager. I have a friend who was in the same position at RSM and they also called it Resource Manager.

At Accenture they are called Talent Fulfillment Specialists, “TFS”

They’re also called Human Resource Career Advisors (HRCAs) depending on the group

KPMG certainly has resource manager positions, though there’s a hiring freeze in place. You can find similar roles outside Big 4; most professional services firms have need of scheduling/staffing/forecasting professionals. Hoping you land on your feet soon!

Have been the company I work for appr 10 years. Was given a big increase 4 years ago (13k per year) and not given anything after that. Hve worked some weeks 6 days a week and have filled in when one of my staff resigned. Even worked the first 4 days after my brother passed away last year.
