Been looking into purchasing tBills on treasury direct. Near as I can tell they would currently pay ~3% for a 52 week term which is roughly .5 to 1 % more than a cd for equivalent term. So…why isn’t everyone buying these instead or CDs or Hysa? What am I missing?

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. I have about a years experience. Any idea what I should expect? I know there’s a base and obviously bonus + commission but I don’t know the split %.

Is $140k base with $50-70k bonus a good OR average pay for sales manager with 1 direct report and a dozen indirect rep organizations?
