Any advice on finding an Entry level/junior data analyst position? I’m working on a course to learn but need to find a new job ASAP and won’t be finished with the course by then

I’ve accepted an offer for a non-partner track counsel position at an Amlaw 200 firm. Salary of 300k, expectation of 1800 billable hours. Fully remote. I’ve worked at top regional firms during my 10+ year career. I’m leaving a small book and a solid shot at partner in 3-5 years for the risks of permanent counsel and unknown biglaw bs. Wife and I are prioritizing things other than careers with this move. She’s also able to go fully remote. I’m scared but also excited. Am I crazy?

If the plan is to exit to a biotech/startup that focuses on or is exclusively in CGT, would it make sense to continue to get experience in consulting or try to exit as soon as possible (as CGT is such a knowledge and experience heavy field)?

How do I make the jump from a retail-facing planning/advice role at Fidelity Investments to something less public-facing but still very well compensated? I would rather do something more analytical like IB rather than trying to get John Q Public to start a managed IRA. NY lawyers - has NY waived the requirement regarding the required number of in-person CLEs for 2021-2022 due to COVID? More specifically, are we allowed to earn ALL of our CLE credits online this year? I am licensed in NY, but practice in another state, and the state I practice in has waived the in person requirement for this year.

My husband and I just went through a few very difficult months. His mother passed after an aggressive disease and struggle, we had another family member pass, Covid, political climate, +. Just under the surface we are so sad. We have a very easy baby but a young child is still demanding. We are not motivated to work and I can’t figure out how to return to “normal.” I am not pulling my weight at work and generally can’t imagine being motivated like I was. Please send advice.
