Hey y’all. I’ve been tasked with helping an NPO run a virtual conference, which may lead to multiple throughout the year. The conference will have around 1k participants with multiple sessions and trainings going on in addition to the “main stage” over the course of the weekend. What are some of the things you would/have considered for a full virtual weekend? And what do you think the cost would be to run something like this in house? Vs third party?
