COVID finally hit my entire household. My husband, me, my 3 yo and my 6 month old. We have been able to avoid it this entire time until last week. So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. I have received an offer as SD1 at Amazon Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 6 months of experience. I did my BTech in computer science from 2016-20. I had some active backlogs as well. Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced. I am positive I will pass. Will this affect my offer from Amazon during background check as I am yet to receive degree?

Hey everyone! Wanted some advice - got an offer from a big ad agency for a Planning Manager role. Base salary is $90K (more than satisfactory, I have 2.5-3 years of total agency exp), but their PTO is severely lacking especially compared to my unlimited PTO benefit at my current job - they offered 10 actual PTO days, which are even prorated since it's mid-year. Assuming their PTO allowance is negotiable, any advice for how to handle the email follow-up to the written offer/how much to ask for?
