Has anyone dealt with being sexually harassed/assaulted by a client? I went through the investigation process with the firm (had witnesses) and the person was fired by client. But, there has been no support from pwc after. No therapy, follow up, no process for handling something like this. Was told I’d get the same 6 free therapy sessions that everyone else gets. It’s been a year and I have significant trauma from what happened. I’m paying for therapy 3x a week out of pocket. Any advice??

I just wanted to know is it okay to accept offers with other companies if I already have offers with wipro. Considered wipro giving me just 40% more than my current salary. But other companies may give 80%. But HR is more concerned about me joining to the wipro, and wipro managers are supportive during client interviews.

I feel like my company screws with me on purpose. My wife and I had a baby due which I did all the prep work in advance to have my parental paperwork submitted before having to take leave. In that time we had a new project appear which I was given the choice to wait 6weeks unpaid or miss my child’s birth. Worked 2 years with this company and they still do things like cut my hours randomly or deny my pto. I can’t leave as there is no work elsewhere here and I just simply don’t know what to do now

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.
