When negotiating offers, say I have an offer letter in hand from Company A.
During another interview, the recruiter from Company B asks for the package offered by A. I tell them and they later ask me to send the offer letter for proof. Is it okay to send the offer letter of Company A to Company B? Do I need to censor/redact some things from the offer letter before sending it?

I'm a fresher and don't have much experience in this, so it may be a silly question but requesting fishes to answer...

Looking for advice: I’m having an informal interview lunch tomorrow with two partners and a friend that also works for that firm. My friend told me she can guarantee they will all be in jeans and a casual shirt since it’s Friday and it would probably look weird if I wore a suit. I was all for wearing a nice shirt and jeans but now I’m overthinking it as it is still an interview— even if it is informal. Do you think I’m good with jeans or should I just put some slacks on?

If a company I interviewed with on Wed told me they’d be in touch on Friday and I haven’t heard back yet should I reach out? The Wed interview was the final round so I should either get an offer today or get rejected. It’s still not end of day yet but I feel if they were interested I’d get a call or email already.

Accepted an offer with Company A almost a month ago.  Start date is 6/20.  Meanwhile, I've interviewed with Company B and been told by HR that an offer is coming on Tuesday.  Company B is preferred. I've always been told that you sign the offer get the drug screen results before giving notice. However, I don't want to start with Company A and then give notice after a week or two. Just seems like a crappy thing to do.

Am I overthinking this too much? Any suggestions or advice?
