Deloitte I'm working as Assistant Manager with lowest Salary that a Assistant Manager with 6+ years of experience. It's more of like a fresher or an analyst salary. I have been constantly approaching my manager but the only thing I hear is he will talk with HR and our AVP. The work culture is also more than 12hrs a day. I'm losing interest bcos of low salary and work load, I have a family to take care but the survival is too difficult. I request if anyone could refer me. Accenture Tata Consultancy Deloit

HR tech is a big focus for a lot of organizations right now.
Having experience in implementation will be valuable, as long as you dont just do configuration (which is being migrated off shores)
Not sure what systems you know but Workday and SAP experience are always desired on resumes. If you go to work in HR/Benefits you would have a good background but I would recommend sticking with a consulting firm as working for one client can get boring, but getting HR experience for a few years could give you a more rounded resume to jump back in a few years for more pay.
Eventually, you need to figure out what do you want more - HR, IT or Consulting, you can design your direction from there.
And Oracle is getting dated, so if you want to keep doing what you’re doing get Workday trainings.
I've been doing HRIS implementations for 6 years and I've noticed something similar. A lot less respect and money because I'm "just" doing implementations as if what I do can be 100% outsourced and I'm not constantly correcting business processes and trainings and communications for people that are paid way more than I'm being paid.
I have just spent 3 years in HRIS implementation and feel the same 😅😂
Have u thought about going to industry and leading HRIT, HR ops, IT, etc? Feel like there’s plenty of money to be had especially in industry
Many companies are looking for a head of hr analytics and HRIS now.
From a pragmatic standpoint however, your exposure and experience in product dev and implementation is something that is present in-house and applicable in many industries, especially those that leverage HRIS. This would give you more options if you choose to exit consulting one day.
Strategy is often outsourced to consulting firms, and in-house strategy consulting is not as common. So while strategy consulting can have a nice payoff if you choose to exit as it is a coveted competence, I feel like options will be limited in this regard.
What product specifically ?
Sure A1. I think I’ve been pretty transparent with my team so I don’t have anything to hide. Trying to work with leadership but felt I needed a gut check from outside. 😊
