I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..
I am bit confused with commonwealt

I can’t speak to what states you should get licensed in but to your point of going backward. I’ll encourage you to see it as a pivot to get somewhere hence your intentionality & the end result matter. For reference, I’d to do customer services to get in just to get to underwriting as its hard getting in from external. I work for another carrier not Liberty.
I don't think that's a step backward, at all. Being self-employed is hard work, and not always rewarded as well.
Agreed, I think you're making a great decision OP!
I think it depends- when I worked there I was licensed in all states in my region and their licensing department is great about obtaining any licenses you need. CA was just an application, FL have to do fingerprints again
Oh wow it may have changed then. CA did not request my finger prints. I was in sales.
I would check with Liberty Mutual. My personal experience is most carriers will require you to obtain & maintain your residence license but handle non-residence licensing themselves.
