I’m pretty skeptical of all those boot camps that claim to teach you everything and get a 6 figure paying job in like 3 months tho. Any tips on getting started with no experience? 4th year V20 corp associate looking to switch into litigation (hopefully at a V50) and don’t mind starting over as first/second year. Can’t decide on a job offer. Currently employed and have been wanting to do something different. The other job offer is pretty much what I make now but I’d be losing on a lot of PTO. I work in an org where am not valued. I have been there for a couple of years. I bring good exp and qualification on board, but my experience in this org has smeared my self esteem and has discouraged me from putting in my all. I am traumatized from this exp and I have lost confidence in myself. I sometimes remember how I have been treated or spoken to and I literally tremble. I'm wanting to get into tech but all of my expertise is healthcare with various licenses, it seems to be the only field that would at minimum be a lateral pay change at entry level but I'm not sure how to go about making the change.
