I've been receiving a couple of calls from different recruiters regarding job opportunities. But, after they get a confirmation of my interest in that role, they don't update me with the application process.

So I got invited to do an on-site interview and as part of it, the hiring manager wants me to present some of the chemistry I'm currently working on. The problem is all my work has been government contracted and hasn't been published, so due to confidentiality I can't present any complete schemes or specific structures. Any tips on how to ace this presentation?

I interviewed for a job a month ago. A few weeks after the interview, I was told my feedback was good, but the company was evaluating all positions at the company at this time. Today, I saw the job is no longer posted, but my application is still "active" in the workday system. Anyone have any idea what this would mean? I don't want to continuously bother the recruiter.

Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate. Hi y’all! Hope this is the right bowl to post this question and get advice. I am dealing with an employer that preaches our values. The owner states that the values are important to her etc yet my manager violates these values and is involved in unethical behavior frequently. Example 1: My manager has told specialists (resourcers) that she will pay them under the table in order for her (manager) to get full credit vs splitfor the placement and therefore (barely) hit her target for the quarter.

Is 5 YOE considered entry level or associate? When I apply to associate level jobs I get nothing but rejections. And all the entry level jobs call for new grads or people with under 3 YOE.
