Hello Everyone! Does anyone have a connection at Netflix ! I am an author/marketing associate and truly my dream job is to work on the team that creates/produces Drive to Survive. I am a huge F1 fan! However, I am willing to start where I can and work my way there! I was laid off due to Covid and just trying to get back into the field and industry I love.

Are there any specific issues you see that keeps happening e.g. Blame culture being caused by an overly harsh boss. I think the root cause is important because having an overly political environment is usually caused by some people. E.g. In my old workplace there's favoritism among the higher ups so a lot of people will only befriend people who are close to the bosses and ignore others.
I would try and look for the negative in the new place. If there are certain things going on at your current work environment, look for those in your possible new work. And in my opinion, a good employer will take care of their employees. Don’t hesitate to bring it up in an interview and ask about the hopefully new works work-culture. If they are a good employer they will discuss it and you’ll probably right away know if it’s different, the same, or worse and will know if you should abort or not.
I wouldn’t waste my time asking during the interview. They won’t answer honestly anyway. Plus, you may inadvertently come off as having baggage. Keep it light and positive. And good luck OP!
