I work in Canada for a US based organization that hired me through their Canadian affiliate. 99% of my work relates to the US. I have absolutely no need to go to the Canadian office. I am paid in Canadian dollars at about 30 to 40% less than what my American counterparts are paid, and that is without taking into consideration the exchange rate. I enjoy what I do, but I definitely need more money... suggestions please?
