I’ve been so stressed at work that I am avoiding to study, and this has slow down my progress…any tips?

Put yourself first. Be selfish with your time. Make the best out of your workday. Change your perspective. At the end of the day the firm looks out for its best interest. The CPA is for you and ypur best interest (when they fire you or you leave-its still yours). Make a realistic study schedule . Find a study buddy. Join the cpa study Facebook groups

Agreed with the above. Have to do what’s in your best interest because the firm will always do what’s in their best interest. Do no slack on work, but make it clear you are studying and keep your priorities straight. Good luck!

Yes. Reframe your mind. Remember that if you study, you will pass, you will be a CPA, you will have better and more opportunities knocking on your door, you will have many options to choose from to take you out of that stressful environment and to do what you want to do, you will earn a lot more money too. So basically you win. What's stopping you. Go for it! You can do it! Pick up those books and study! Go Go Go. All the best 👏🏼 👍🏼

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. Series 7, Series 63, Life, CFP, ChFC, and soon to have my MBA with a focus in Mergers & Acquisitions. I’m look to enter another area of Finance at this point instead of starting over somewhere else from scratch, but not sure what direction to go. Interested in Investment Banking or M&A.

Anyone else have XRB stuck on Mercatox...got a lot of money there and can’t get it off their exchange..not to mention an XRB dev said to sell and get it off that exchange.
