I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. I’m contacted by Kroll, but recruiters there told me that since I haven’t got any TAS experience, I should be applying for their Analyst role instead of Senior Associate. Honestly, I want to switch to TAS but not that desperate to leave my firm. Anyway, I just wonder if you guys have the same situation and usually how long it takes to get promoted?

Need to know the designation hierarchy of LTI for IT infrastructure division, also need to know the P3 and P4 grades if possible explains all the P grades with designation as of now in LTI. With current salary around 120k, should I pause my career to do a full time MBA or do something part time like the Booth Evening and Weekend program. goal is defense/national security consulting at MBB. It would put a lot of financial strain on my family for me to quit working and go to school full time but at the same time I worry that part time will drastically reduce my chances for the career I really want.

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site.
