I didn’t try using it for weight loss per se but when I did use it I noticed my meals were usually around 700-800 calories. That’s ~1500 calories not including breakfast. That’s above the amount of calories I should be eating in order to be losing weight and I wasn’t able to work out every day so I stopped using hello fresh as it was too caloric for my goals

OP, the calories Hello Fresh provides on their website is per serving. If you get 3 meals for 2 people, each meal you make is supposed to be 2 servings.
I have been using it for a while and I think it is fantastic for weight and budget control.
I always cooked and have been using Noom for weight lost, which is great, but finding balanced and diverse recipes takes time, veggies are usually expensive and buying bulks of them means a decent part would go to waste unless I eat pretty much the same think for a few days in a row.
Hello Fresh helps ensure my meals are always balanced, always ok calories-wise, I can get a great variety of products, I dont waste anything and my overall food budget is surprisingly not higher. I wish they would work on their shitty packaging tho.
Losing weight will always come down to burning more calories than you eat. Are you tracking your calories? How many is a hello fresh meal? Have you taken into account your height and weight?
Yes - I’ve tracked calories before, but stopped because it wasn’t mentally healthy, but now I can approximately tell how many calories does a meal/product have. I try to workout 5 times a week - usually that includes yoga and then running/walking.
My girlfriend used it and they love it
Used it but maintained weight rather than lose. Granted Im could lose a few pounds but am considered healthy as is
I use it but don’t think it helps with weight loss. A lot of their recipe isn’t the healthiest in a way that it includes mayo, butter, or some other sweet sauce.
