Another thing is you sometimes never get your worth staying at the same company you sometimes have to look elsewhere to get your value
This is exactly what I’ve began doing? I’m looking elsewhere at this very moment.
Wait, I am a bit confused here. You've been promoted 3 times, but has that come up with a pay bump? I would guess it has, but just making sure. As for your pay, Regional Manager making only 52k a year is too little, and I think you should definitely ask for a raise. Lay out your reasons why and talk politely to your manager.
Don’t know what company you work for but that a starting salary for a 1-3 million retail store assistant manager you are highly being underpaid. I would reach out to your regional manager or whoever you report to and just be honest sincere and direct. Depending of how many stores you are responsible for and combined volume I would say you should be making over a 100k
I'm an Assistant Manager of a Department at the company I work for and I make roughly 49,500. I'd say you most definitely are under paid.
As an RGM my base salary is 53.5k with bonuses I can make up to 65k. You are very highly underpaid
I would lay out exactly what you said to your immediate supervisor, many district managers make well into the 6 figures. Also, if you apply for district manager jobs with other companies, you might use that as leverage for a raise should they offer you.
Your promotions sounds great! Congrats, in Walmart ASM would make what you are making right now but definitely the position is challenging if you are all into it. Plus point is you will get regular review and they'll push you to be better
Regional??? That sounds really low!
Wayyy low tbh SM at walmart makes over 80k
Whoa. I agree with the person above, it's probably time to start looking for work elsewhere. It's often easier to get a pay increase by switching companies.
