Count the full months of the internship — so if you did 3 internships for 3 mos each year, then that’s 9 mos of experience. This is of course if you were doing practical and transferable work. If you were an intern but just shadowed someone, don’t count it. I would not discount it outright just “because” it is internship.
Definitely! You should count all of the months/years of your actual experience. I don't think anyone cares whether or not that experience happened before, during, or after college. I would include it all if I were you!
I always include all the experience that you have. Even if it was not post-grad you should still include it when you are counting overall years of experience. It is not at all misleading to include it.
Talk about your overall experience incl. high school years. Get specific about what skills you have currently but don’t shy away from the time you took to learn the programs
